The team, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF) under the AGORA program, leads an impactful public awareness initiative addressing Impulse Control and Related Behavioral Disorders (ICBDs) in Parkinson\u2019s disease (PD). Their work blends clinical expertise, research, and storytelling to destigmatize these often-overlooked neuropsychiatric symptoms. While Parkinson\u2019s is widely recognized for its motor symptoms, up to 30% of patients undergoing dopaminergic therapy experience ICBDs such as pathological gambling, compulsive shopping, hypersexuality, and punding. These behaviors are often hidden due to shame, stigma, and lack of awareness, even among healthcare professionals. This project aims to fill that gap through education, outreach, and empathy driven storytelling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
